Our instruments are available in numerous different versions in order to meet the requirements of various materials and applications. Our range includes a large number of toothing options, including diamond-cut toothing, spiral toothing, cross-cut toothing, and many more. In addition, we offer a wide selection of head shapes, such as ball, pear, cylinder, cone, tapered, egg, flame, grenade, cup, bud, lens, wheel and disc, as well as torpedo shapes. For special requirements, these can also be combined with one another to form a completely individual instrument. The removal properties of our instruments range from extra-fine to super-coarse to ensure precise processing. With diameters from 0.3 mm to 7.0 mm and wider, we offer the right size for every application.

Our carbide instruments are characterized by precise cutting edge geometries, efficient cutting speeds, vibration-free cutting circles, and good controllability. These properties not only enable gentle processing of the materials, but also ensure maximum efficiency and fast results in the processing of dental workpieces – tested in all production phases according to EN ISO 13485. Carbide instruments, diamonds, polishers, etc.

From diamond grinders, diamond discs and cutting discs to zirconia abrasive tools and sintered diamonds– with us, you will find the right instrument for every application.  Our bur tools for milling technology ensure effective and fast processing. With grinding stones, polishers, polishing pastes and other accessories, you will be ideally equipped to process surfaces with the highest precision. Our range also includes a variety of unassembled polishers and polishing pens, as well as mandrels, adapters and sandpaper holders for secure fastening and use of the tools.
In addition, we offer a selection of brushes and buffing wheels for cleaning and polishing surfaces. Whether left-handed burs or brushes for the polishing motor – at acurata, you will find everything you need for efficient work in the dental laboratory.
